Hi i took the samsung galaxy s20 ultra out on contract and I waited so long for my galaxy buds + and when I received it ,it does not work and wen i went back to mtn they told me they can't help me as it's Samsungs problem. This is unacceptable I need to know wat i need to do in this situation because I am not keeping broken buds.

yes mine too only 1 works the left ear bud and I only received today

I submitted my claim in March, now Samsung claim that they don't have any records of my claim, free buds was the reason I took the S20 plus, it sounds as if I was scammed, its possible that Samsung over committed to supplying free buds, only record i have is an sms from samsung to say the deliveries is postponed due to lockdown
