WearablesBattery drain on the Galaxy Watch 7 LTE can happen, especially if LTE and health features are always active. Here are some practical steps that usually make a big difference 👇
1️⃣ Limit LTE usage
If you don’t need LTE all the time, set it to Auto instead of Always On LTE searching for signal is one of the biggest battery drainers
2️⃣ Reduce health tracking frequency
Set Heart Rate to Every 10 minutes instead of continuous Turn off continuous stress monitoring if you don’t really need it Sleep tracking is fine, but disable advanced metrics if battery is a concern
3️⃣ Disable Always-On Display (AOD)
AOD looks great, but it eats battery fast Use Raise wrist to wake instead
4️⃣ Check background apps
Go to Battery usage and see which apps are draining power Remove or restrict third-party apps you rarely use (especially LTE-based ones)
5️⃣ Turn off Wi-Fi & GPS when not needed
Keep them off unless you’re actively using workouts or navigation
6️⃣ Reduce screen brightness & timeout
Lower brightness Set screen timeout to 15–20 seconds
7️⃣ Restart after updates
After any software update, a restart helps recalibrate background processes
8️⃣ Give it a few days (important)
If the watch is new or recently updated, battery usually stabilizes after 3–5 days of usage learning
👉 With these settings, most users get 1.5–2 days even on LTE models.
Hope this helps! 😊

WearablesThank you for your message.
If you are experiencing fast battery drain on your Galaxy Watch 7 LTE, please try the following to improve battery life:
- Reduce screen brightness and disable Always On Display if not required.
- Turn off LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or GPS when not in use.
- Limit background apps and notifications.
- Disable continuous health tracking features when not needed.
- Enable Power saving mode from the Battery settings.
- Ensure the watch software is updated to the latest version and restart the watch.
If the battery drain continues after these steps, we recommend visiting the nearest authorized Samsung service center for inspection:
