Samsung Watch 4 and Active 2

Hi all,

Thanks in advance.

I had purchased Samsung Watch 4 and before that Samsung Watch Active 2.

Both of them suddenly died just on my wrist without any crash or fall or any other physical damage.

My question is does any one else have same challenge? Are these watches durable?

Plus I am surprised there is no option for repair in Pakistan , is there anyone who find anyway to repair these watches.
