Samsung Pay (India) in Galaxy Watch

When is Samsung Pay arriving for Galaxy Watch in India. NFC is completely useless (only using to pair devices) until there is any payment application. Since, it's not Android, no third party payment apps are available. Only hope is Samsung Pay. 

Please bring it in India. India is a huge market, don't lose it to Apple or Garmin or other companies.

By changing to XAR (USA), would the LTE version work with Indian mobile network operators ? I'm having Galaxy Watch 46mm LTE version.
