Can you confirm what the issue as this feature is only available in the UAE for now

The feature is not available in Bahrain. I have had Watch 3 and Watch 4 and decided not to purchase the new ones as there was no point if I cannot use the BP monitor.

I guess it won't happen anytime soon. Certain countries have not given Samsung the approval.
