It's a disappointed really that Samsung Health is not available in Zimbabwe. Because of this I really don't see why I would upgrade from my GW4. If Apple made GW, BP monitor and ECG would be available for everyone everywhere.
These are one of the applications that you're recommended to install/ update upon setting up your new device , maybe you skipped the stage ,coz nowadays new phones when you are setting them up they ask you to install/ update pre installed apps like calculator, calendar etc
