When will Samsung make available Samsung Health Monitor for Galaxy Watch 3 in Qatar, Middle East Region?

I have set it up first week of Feb 21 but with the update it is not working anymore, saying it is not available in current location which is Qatar.

I reinstall my old app but it did not open anymore unless updated to new version is not working at all.

Until when exactly should we wait all around the world having all the Features already only us in qatar 

Why i bought samsung watch 3 if it will be same as any other watch and you always keep saying stay tuned 

You should solve this as soon as possible.
