Hi guys, 

My galaxy buds plus have suddenly stopped working.

Things I have tried:

*Uninstalling/Installing samsung wear app
*Fully charging buds
*Tried connecting it with other devices

Now it is not even showing in the wear app under device scanning. 
Also the sound you hear when we wear them is not there and the sensors are also not working.

I visited Samsung service centre, they were able to fix it in half n hr
