Beginner Level 2

Hi, I purchased the Samsung galaxy watch Active 2 on 27th Jan and I am facing the below issues.

1. Disconnections between watch and phone. I have to reset the watch and re-install all the apps in my phone to connect again and again.


2. Today, the screen started flickering. I restarted the watch and it worked fine. I need some solution to it asap.

Disconnection between phone and watch via bluetooth is because it has some limited range...but watch connect itself when it comes in range...
but u need to install the apps again n again I don't know why....I m using this watch active 2 stainless steel 44mm bluetooth variant as my watch is fine...and yes back up your watch data in the app so u don't need to reinstall stuff again and again from galaxy wear app....
