Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 LTE available in Kuwait or UAE?

I would like to know if LTE version of galaxy watch 4 will be available in Kuwait or UAE regions?

Right now pre-order from Samsung Kuwait and UAE sites only shows bluetooth versions.

Contacted Samsung UAE agent through chat, he confirmed Samsung not selling LTE version in UAE region.
