Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 locking itself

Hi all has anyone also had an issue with the Galaxy watch 3 it used to only lock when I took it off my wrist now it locks while on my wrist. 

I only have 2 options in the security menu lock

1. Lock for payments and screen 

2. Payments only 

Please note this is not the Galaxy active that has a 3rd option to only lock when taken off the wrist
