Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G Buds and Tag

I Still haven't received my gifts as advertised.

I purchased the Samsung S21 Ultra 5G, but never received the Buds or Tag.

I've provided all the required information, including Proof Of Purchase. 

I've received an Order Reference after providing everything that was requested from me to Redeem the Buds and Tag.

I received the Order Reference the the 3 of March, but since then no communication from Samsung or any updates regarding the Buds and Tag. 

Any help regarding this?

Hi, swart303 apologies for the inconvenience caused, we are currently experiencing a delay in deliveries, however, rest assured that if the claim is approved it is just a matter of time until delivery is made.

 

Please also share the claim reference number so as to check if was approved.

I have the same problem and Samsung is not getting back to me regarding this ongoing issue. I upgraded in February and stil no buds !!! False advertising !!!! Should have gone with the iPhone !!!
