Everything sells in the Gulf, especially in the UAE, it will be sold out in seconds. When it comes to health features, those have to be approved by the health authorities. For the Smart watches, the blood pressure measurement isn't approved in most markets, but you can still use the watch for all the other features. When it comes to the ring, it won't make sense to buy a 400$ device that only tracks your BPM, either everything is compliant and gets approved, orelse it's just a useless expensive ring, so it's the right approach for the time being, Samsung can't take that risk and sell something that 90% of its features are disabled.
