WearablesHi Mart77,
Thank you for reaching out to us and we apologize for the inconvenience.
Your smartwatch is only able to track your sleep if you're wearing it.
Are you wearing your smartwatch whilst you sleep when this issue occurs?
The smartwatch uses the heart rate sensor, on the back of your smartwatch, to record your sleep cycle.
Clean the back of your smartwatch with a clean cloth. Put the watch back on making sure it's in the correct position.
Lastly change the heart rate settings to 'Always' on.
1. Press the Home button.
2. Select Samsung Health.
3. Select your bpm.
4. Select the three dots.
5. Select Settings.

WearablesI was wearing my watch to bed. Battery almost fully charged
Heartrate monitor is switched to always on.
I bought my watch a week ago. No trouble so far, just this morning when I want to look at my sleeping stats no record found.
