WearablesHi EricJNR
Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Please try the following troubleshooting steps;
Firstly, ensure that the Samsung Health app and Strava app are up to date. Check the Google Play Store for updates. Also check the watch if the watch is updated from your wearables app
Check sync settings
- Open the Samsung Health app on your smartphone.
- Go to Settings > Data permissions.
- Make sure that "Workout data" is toggled on for syncing with Strava.
Force sync:
- In the Samsung Health app, go to Settings > Apps
- Tap on "Sync now" to force a sync between the app and your watch.
Check Strava app settings:
- Open the Strava app on your smartphone.
- Go to Settings > Applications, services, and devices.
- Make sure that Samsung Health is authorized to sync data with Strava.
- Restart your smartphone and Galaxy Fit 3 watch to refresh their connection.
