Samsung Buds3 Ear Fit

I recently purchased the Buds3 and am experiencing difficulty keeping them in my ears. Could you please provide some recommendations to address this issue?

There. Some pieces of plastic come with it. Try to change the size to match the ear.

Unfortunately the buds will come with one size only , we recommend you to try these steps:

Please be careful not to use fingernails when putting on or taking it off
Do not forcefully press or twist the buds as this may cause damage.

Thank you for your reply, I did return it already. After 5 seconds, it falls out.
