Dear all, please help me.

Case 1: when my mobile is ringing, before picking up call, if I open buds case and fix buds in ear, buds also starts ringing. Now I am picking up call from mobile and start conversation but my buds still ringing. 

Case 2: Buds already fixed in ear, then if there is call and I pick up from mobile then no issue at all.

Model : S23 Ultra and Buds 2

I think one of the specialists answered that you must perform a network reset. Try that, it may work

Yes, But I have Buds 2 version, not Buds 2 Pro. Thank you...
