S pen not working

I'm having problem with  s pen, my phone can't read it, how do I fix it, Galaxy Note 10 +

Hi, Thokza please follow the steps below.

1. Access the device Settings.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select Advance features.

4. Select S Pen.

5. Select S Pen Remote.

6. Tap the 3 dots on the upper right.

7. Select Reset S Pen.

* Please ensure that the S Pen is inserted on the device while resetting.
