Right side of galaxy buds is very low on sound

I have a problem with the right side on my galaxy buds FE, I bought them at end of June. When I put them on the right side is playing at any very low volume even while the left is on top volume.

Anyone have an idea what the cause is and how to fix it??

If one earbud is not fully inserted into your ear canal, it can cause the sound to be louder in the other ear.

Check your balance in the wearable app. It might be skewed to the right.
