Right Galaxy Buds+ not connecting

Just got the new Galaxy Buds+ but the right one isn't connecting 

Have troubleshooted every possible way but nothing is working. Uninstalled the app, made sure the bud was in the case properly, reset the buds via the app and nothing is working

Any ideas?

I tried everything, all the above hacks and YouTube videos and it still didn't work. Ended up taking it to a service centre

They said they would replace the buds but still waiting on final confirmation

try this link. you may have to also reset the buds via the Galaxy wearable app and then remove it from Bluetooth devices .
reboot the phone and then do the activity in the video of reseting by pressing them gently ...
I did a combination of this a few times . as soon as they picked up both buds I updated the firmware of the buds .
