Right Earbud Stopped Working

My right Galaxy earbud stopped working all of sudden.  Its not charging.  The inside light of charging case is always red. I tried all troubleshooting steps but didn't work. Can somebody Help plz. It shows like these images i attached. 😔

it's a problem with Samsung earbuds. there is no solution for this. mine were still under warranty so Samsung service center changed it.
