I try to purchase samsung galaxy buds3 pro using with my reward points, unfortunately the payment not succes due to the card issue so i cancelled it but they took my reward points and now almost 2 weeks its over. I made complaint through samsung text chat and I contacted with them 3 times but until now not yet back the points. Please is there any other option to get it back. Also please be alert to use online purchase incase if it is failed You will loose.

Not yet, please be care with samsung online purchase. Incase if there is any issue or not succes the purchase really you will loose your money.
