Repair of Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2 Screen

Owing to a small fall, my samsung galaxy watch active 2 has a cracked screen. The watch is functional but I need it fixed. Where can this be done in the UAE?

Well I've tried calling the authorised service centre and they suggested the charges for fixing this is 5% less than the cost of a new watch which is unreasonable.

I contacted Samsung Customer Service who forwarded me to the complaint centre. I received a call from them and provided details and pictures of my device. They came back with a cost of replacement of AED 750. The cost of a new watch would be AED 650. Extremely upsetting!
