Majority of people who redeemed the offer were Bluetooth user so just want to know if any lte user redeemed it

Unable to redeem as it says i am not eligible despite being an eligible case as confirmed by customer care agent. Was promised that my request has been escalated but no joy yet. I would recommend not to buy any samsung product in future. First of all, gw4 isn't ready with all the important features. Secondly customer support has gone bad to worst.
