Redeem Samsung buds

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S10 in April 2019 and the promotion included free buds.
I still have not received it and it's May 2020.
What can I do?

Kindly be advised that the Galaxy Buds Promotion at the moment is for the S20 series devices. 

 

If you had not claimed last year for your S10, then unfortunately you have missed the offer.

Dishonesty by Vodacom and Samsung remains dishonest. No amount of passing time will distort or cancel that fact. It was NOT due to anything I did wrong that I didn't receive my buds. I don't care about the time lapse. I have been on this matter relentlessly. But as a lone voice it's not enough to reach the higher levels of contact as Samsung. My claim REMAINS a valid claim. I don't care what their internal policies are. As a lay person, if I wrong somebody in my business dealings I don't get to not put it right just because some months have passed. Wrong remains Wrong.

mod Maps-sam07 may I ask - do you work for Samsung - can you be of more assistance than your posting. There are folks with a genuine claim where somebody has got to take responsibility and put the matter right. Heaven knows these Corporates have enough money when they choose to donate to causes to pretend they are the good guys. Sure they help - a LOT - but it doesn't nullify our dues at all. Would appreciate your feedback. thanks
