I purchased a black Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra only because it came with the gift of the Black Galaxy Buds Pro, so I went onto the Samsung Members app and applied for my Buds in Black, I recieved Purple Buds instead! I was not happy about this, when I contacted Samsung to exchange it for the black ones they say they cannot exchange it, I feel like returning my phone now. I am not happy!

I wanted the purple to match my purple phone... but they sent the black instead 😕
