After so many calls nd Email to Customer care and Finally received 6k voucher for samsung watch 4 pre-booked offer.

Using voucher bought watch strap and wireless charger

I placed the order on 14th October. Received 1 product (strap) and another (wireless duo) was called back by samsung without my concent from the final delivery hub 🤷
