Hey, i got a call from samsung for voucher and they asked me for my gmail but didn't get it yet even not any email about this can you tell me how can i receive this

Again call them bro for me I call them many time then only they resolve it and check availability in samsung online shop at midnight time or early morning time so only stock r available otherwise the product gone out of stock or show buds only available
