Hello there! 

I have a weird problem. 
If I try to listen to voice message on Whatsapp (I guess it will happen on other apps) the proximity sensor just doesn't work but only if my smartwatch (Galaxy watch 4 classic) is connected to my S22 Ultra. If I turn off Bluetooth everything is ok.

Same here, it's been like this for months, even on my note 20 ultra, when watch connected(watch, watch 3 and watch 4), no proximity sensor with whatsapp, i also reported it through the members app.

Funny thing samsung still didn't recognise this..
They suggest to visit Authorised service center for a universal software problem..

I even checked on usa and Europe forums, same issue globally, yeah it's weird no fix was released... My friend has a Galaxy watch with an M series phone, also same issue!

Hi there, problem still persists. I kept the watch connected, but disabled calls from the Bluetooth settings(cannot make calls from the watch) it fixed the issue. I still believe this is a whatsapp issue that the dev and Samsung need to work on.
