After going through countless chats in the forum , i think the ' Apologies ' error  is specific to all LTE  users while the BT users have successfully claimed the voucher . If any LTE user was successful in claiming it , plz reply with the process !!!

Still I am not able to claim the 6k evoucher for prebooking of my watch 4 classic LTE 46mm variant. Extremely disappointed with the service provided by Samsung.
