Had pre ordered the watch 6 classic 47mm LTE on 27th July and was supposed to receive the order by 11th August and still haven't received it. Talking to customer service reps is pointless as they keep on saying the same robotic replies with no idea when it will actually get delivered.
What's the point in pre ordering if you are going to receive the product well after it's launched in stores physically. Didn't expect Samsung to mess up this bad.
