What would one use to clean the back side of a Samsung Galaxy A23 (2022) Model 

Dark shine moonlight Grey back...

Seems to have rough hard scratch-like looking hards areas, from the cellphone cover it was in..

How else does one protect your phone then

Being cautious, make sure to never leave the phone on the edge of a table and all that jazz. I definitely don't allow other people handling my phone, my experience with covers is just disappointing. I haven't used a cover for 6 months, my phone has no scratch in sight.

I also don't put phone in pocket, I use those moon bags, and only phone goes in there

What if camera lens has scratches?

U can use vinegar and some salt to scrub with cotton.
Make sure u don't spill inside the phone or on the camera or button. It should get rid of it.

For future reference, clean the back of your phone every month to remove debris that sneak in the case. Use a microfiber cloth (use rubbing alcohol if there's a lot of gunk).
