Option to set Spotify is not available in Wearable app for galaxy buds plus please advice. I have update the Wearable App to the latest version.

It is available under touch options. Also you don't have to configure exclusively. Even with app not open, with a single tap app opens up. Sometimes it has trouble finding Playlist but atleast app opens.
