Notification sounds not playing when connected to buds live

I dont know whether anyone is facing similar issue or not, but I am unable to hear notification sound whenever any message is delivered when my phone is connected to buds live.

Yeah, it's common in all galaxy devices. While a Bluetooth device is connected, all notification except ring tune and alarm will be played throuth the headset.

no it is not even playing the notification sound in my buds. only my phone is vibrating that's it. No ringtone/notification tone is played in either of the devices.

now I am not able to read out my notifications through buds live. it is showing "unable to read out. no voice TTS data available" even after I have installed voice and selected the voice engine. really samsung is degrading in performance and quality.
