hi, in your case I would recommend you try and update your galaxy wear app, clearing the cache is an option but I recommend you Uninstaller the apk. if it fails, you please visit mall of Africa, ask them to calibrate your buds using the samsumg calibration apk. they have it for sure

@MJvanStaden you will need to pair it up several times because then bud will be completely flat. I literally just got mine sorted and it is charging now, watch something while you do it because it was a mission 🤣

But the feeling of waiting several months and opening your fresh galaxy buds+ all too find out the left earbud doesn't work.

hi. so I ordered my S20 ultra a week before lock down in March and my device only came on the 4 of June coz they could only deliver in level 3 lock down. please advise me how do I claim for my buds know
