WearablesHello! Please clarify if the re connection is not automatic. Normally, if both buds remove from the ears, it will stop the music you are listening. If only one is remove from ear, the device still plays the audio on the buds.
If both buds are removed it will not disconnect the bluetooth connection but will just stay on standby until the buds are reconnected to the ears.
We have tested with a Galaxy bud and updated it to latest version but we did not observe such issue. We request you to visit the nearest Samsung authorized service center in your area to check the Galaxy buds.
