Hi,

I bought a Samsung active 2 smartwatch from Australia I am unable to connect it to my phone via esim network, can anyone please help me understand if it is because it is from a different country and it is unlocked to carrier in Australia.

 

NOTE: I referred this link https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/galaxy-watch-how-to-connect-with-mobile-device/ under 'To Activate the Galaxy Watch’s mobile network' 

 

I get webpage not available ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT message on mobile. Please help if anyone faced the similar issue

it wont work with Indian esim
