WearablesCheck if it has happened with others , IF that's case then update can solve it.
Same case happened with Watch 4 OneUI 6 update.
If that's not case , then better to take it to service center and ask them to fix it.

WearablesThank you for sharing the details of the issue you are experiencing with the Body Composition (BMI) sensor on your Galaxy Watch6 after the recent security update.
We understand how important this feature is, and we appreciate the troubleshooting steps you have already performed.
Kindly try the following additional steps to help resolve the issue:
- Ensure the watch software is fully updated:
Galaxy Wearable app → Watch settings → Watch software update → Download and install. - Restart both the watch and the connected phone.
- Check sensor functionality through diagnostics:
Open Samsung Members app → Support → Diagnostics → Run all watch sensor tests. - Make sure the watch is worn correctly:
The watch should fit snugly above the wrist bone.
Skin should be clean and dry during measurement. - Reset the watch (after backing up data):
Galaxy Wearable → General → Reset.
Meanwhile, if the behavior is related to the recent update, improvements may also be included in upcoming software updates, so please keep automatic updates enabled.

WearablesThank you for your inquiry.
Kindly note that software update release dates may vary depending on region, device model, and network approval.
We recommend checking regularly through:
Settings > Software update > Download and install
The update will be available automatically once released for your device.
