Hi,

Does anyone know why sometimes my steps just set back to zero during the day when I have already done several thousand steps?

Try updating the app and see if the problem persists

Contact Samsung by opening the Members app, go to Support on the bottom right corner and scroll untill you see Error Report. Click on it and follow the steps
