My galaxy watch 3 is burning my rest

Dear Team,

I had my galaxy watch 3 for almost 10 month now, I wasn't using it that much but 5 month ago I started wearing it on regular basis and after a while i noticed that there are small burn spots on my rest.

I couldn't handle wearing any watch so i stopped wearing watched and my hand became ok, recently i started wearing it again and the burns started to come again.

This is un acceptable to buy a device and not being able to use.

Hi there,
You may be allergic to the material used in the wrist strap. You can try changing the strap to stainless steel.

Thank you for your reply, the burn is coming exactly under the watch sensor.
Also i have many straps the strap is not the case here.

Yes, both the strap and the watch surface can cause allergies. Your case it's the watch metal I think.
