I ordered my free galaxy buds after purchasing a Samsung s22 phone and finally got them. I ordered on the 27th of March 2022 and they were delivered on the 13th of April.

I also ordered my galaxy buds on 27 March and still waiting for them.No response from Samsung and phoning them you just hear music on the phone.

I have no idea how or why that happened, maybe they are still going to deliver them? And also did you get a confirmation email that your claim was successful?

I got an email the same day saying they have received my request and give a reference number.The email also states that should my claim be successful,they will submit my info their delivery partner.

Yes I got that too, and after a few days I got an email saying my claim was successful, that was on the 27th March
