what is the hold up with the Live ear buds?
Been waiting more the 14 working days,if Samsung have a issue with the live ear buds then they should run a promotion like this,asking for personal info like invoice copy of ID etc to make sure you are the person who bought a brand new Samsung phone and then nothing why all the personal info and the big who-ah if you cant delivery over promise under deliver really bad

Maybe resubmit your claim for the buds. I submitted mine and got a response after 3 days saying congratulations and within 9days my buds were delivered to me

My personal experience : They try and make it so difficult for you hoping that you give up. Bottom line keep on fighting and complaining on all platforms keep them honest.
