The feedback regarding your buds s that the device was purchased out of promotional period, therefore your claim was not valid or successful.
Please perform the following troubleshooting
1. Place buds in the case and charge them for 30 minutes
2. Please clear cache for your galaxy wearable app and bluetooth : Please go to Settings>>Apps>> Tap on the 3 dots on the top right corner>>Show System Apps>> Wearable app, and bluetooth >> Storage>> Clear Cache.
3. Then please perform a soft reset of your device.
Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.
*The device may take a screenshot, however keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds.
