To resolve the issue please follow the below mentioned steps:
1. Perform reset network setting (Setting> General Management> Reset>Reset network setting)
2. Perform Interactive checks through Samsung Members app (Samsung Member> Get Help> Interactive checks->Bluetooth).
3.Try to pair the phone to a different Bluetooth device.
