Level U bluetooth device disconnecting and re connecting frequently

Hi,

Can any one guide me why the level u bluetooth device is frequently getting disconnected and reconnecting by itself.....

The battery is fully charges and so mu mobile. 

Please guide me.

Hi there,

To resolve the issue please follow the below mentioned steps:

1. Perform reset network setting (Setting> General Management> Reset>Reset network setting)

2. Perform Interactive checks through Samsung Members app (Samsung Member> Get Help> Interactive checks->Bluetooth).

3.Try to pair the phone to a different Bluetooth device.

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app(Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
