Left galaxy bud+ works louder than the right one

Recently my buds+ had been working fine until my left bud is louder than my right one 

I tried reseting it through the app but it dint work

Pls help

I mostly use it on laptop(if that helps)

Hi there,

Did you try cleaning the buds? Remove the silicon tips and gently clean the mesh with a brush. Let us know whether it worked.

Thanks so much it I finally working after I cleaned and gave it a reset
