Left earbud of Galaxy Buds indicates charging but never gets charged. Help!

Yesterday after leaving my galaxy buds on a full charge, I tried playing a song and found that the left ear bud to be void of music. So I checked the galaxy buds app and it showed this.

I tried charging the left bud again alone, it drained the battery of the case but never got charged.

What do I do now, amidst lockdown everywhere? Please help. Thanks in advance

Oh, so is it a software issue? I mean is it because of the update? Did you get it replaced?

You have to wait bro nothing else u can do, BTW u can check if the contact pads on ur bud are clean or not

Hey, I checked it and cleaned it more than a couple of times. The contact pads seem fine.

i tried everything possible i can't nothing worked and never fixed no fix from samsung yet, so get it replaced and never update new one i replaced and never updated working fine

Okay Thanks. As a side question, do they have international warranty? I bought mine in dubai while I was there. Now I am in India.
