Samsung what happened to you,really I'm fed up,buds 2 its really good becoz of AKG with Samsung,now buds 3 really worst,I don't know whether you see my comment or not but as a loyal customer I am telling this pls fix it

Also if it is still in warranty then you can visit service center.

Mine is 3 months old too & working perfectly. As @TimonN suggested, please take it to a service centre to get checked. Hurry.

Now connected,I tried restart my device its not workout then after switch off now its working,but sound quality really worst.

Ok. Good that it's working now. Try to see if you can use the Wear app on your phone to change some sound settings and the equaliser.
