Jio Everywhere Connect is not working with Galaxy Watch 4 for non Samsung phones.

Unable to setup mobile plan and stuck on this screen

Only conversion from physical Sim to eSim allows for LTE connection however, this disables the physical Sim.

Samsung needs to sort this out else what's the use of LTE version if one cannot use the same number on phone and watch.

Update : I bought a S20 FE 5g and it works with this phone. I guess issue is with non Samsung phones.

Please try these below steps :
From what I understand for Indian customers of galaxy watch LTE:
1. Airtel SIM has to be postpaid.
2. For JlO pre/postpaid both OK
3. Airtel SIM activation only works from Samsung mobile.
4. JIO SIM activation now no longer works from Oneplus. Only LGv20 or Samsung phones
mobiles have to be used for SIM activation. Please keep your JIO profile email
ID and password handy.
5. After SIM activation, you can switch to your original mobile.
Make sure you
take backup as switching mobiles resets the watch. You can restore settings
after switching back
6. Customer care at oneplus/jio/airtel are clueless.

Thanks. It works for Samsung phone. I guess Samsung should highlight this.

Hi Sri,

Just to confirm. If I want to activate jio everywhere connect. I can only use Samsung smartphone to do it? Once that is activated can I change the device after resetting the watch without my esim profile getting erased?

I am using Galaxy Watch 4 classic lte

You have to get a separate number to get an eSim for your phone. You will not be able to share the same jio prepaid number. I had tried it with MI 11x
