Issue with Galaxy watch

Anybody having a issue with their galaxy watch, Where elevation data is tracked incorrectly. This is happening since a month and i thought it would be fixed in next update but they haven't fixed it yet. I am not sure if it is a hardware or software issue. It was working fine before.

Hi there,

 

Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:-

> Kindly once reconfigure the watch with device.

> Kindly once reset the watch via galaxy wearable application under the settings option.

> If still issue not resolved, please register your concern in Samsung members app (click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).

I have tried each and everything said above. but still the floor count is getting tracked incorrectly. Suppose if i climb 5 floors then it is getting tracked as 40 floors and even while sleeping the floor count gets tracked out of no where.

Even I am facing the same issue since the new update. It's counting floor inaccurately.
