Hi Samsung family, I have been using my earbuds for 2 years now since the release and they have been good but I just noticed that the right earbud's sensor is poor and sometimes sound is shifted to the left one and I have to take the right earbud off and try to twist it on the ear for it to work. It has sensor big issues. I have tried to reset it several times still the problem is unsolved.
What could be the cause and how can I solve that
